Kevin Xu is a private equity partner and deputy chief accountant of PwC China, a practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a recognised leading accounting profession talent of the China Ministry of Finance and Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
Mr. Xu has been working at PwC in Shanghai, Boston and Beijing. He is specialised in the financial services industry with a primary focus on investment management and insurance. He has been heavily involved in large and complex financial institution restructuring, multi-exchange public offering projects and very experienced in cross-border capital market transactions, multi-Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial reporting and taxation issues. He has widespread experience in the private equity venture capital sector in China and the US serving some of the largest domestic and global private equity funds in the industry.
Mr. Xu is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
