Pauline Leung

Pauline is a partner in PwC’s Capital Markets Services Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance and business advisory services, with more than 10 years as a partner.

Throughout her years with the Firm, Pauline has gained extensive experience in assisting companies with initial public offerings (“IPO”) and other capital market transactions. She has a wide client base in a variety of industries such as retail, manufacturing, trading, and energy and mining. From 2005 to 2007, Pauline worked as a capital market partner in our Beijing office during which she worked on a number of major IPOs of state-owned and private-owned enterprises in mainland China. In recent years, Pauline has devoted significant effort in assisting overseas companies listing in Hong Kong and has spoken at a number of seminars on relevant topics.

Pauline graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as a Bachelors (first class honours) in Business Administration. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and was a council member of the Hong Kong branch of ACCA during 1998 to 2002.
