Billy was admitted to the partnership in 1996 and became the first legacy Price Waterhouse tax partner to be based in Shanghai. He has been advising multinational clients about doing business in China for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, market entry and development, investment structure, financing alternatives, tax & regulatory planning and compliance. Billy also leads the Accounting and Payroll Services team in Shanghai.
Billy specializes in the high-tech industry. Prior to his move to Shanghai, Billy was leading the Chinese tax practice in the Silicon Valley for seven years and advising multinational high-tech companies investing in Asia. He has extensive experience in consulting Pacific Rim Clients investing in the United States and designing international tax planning strategies.
Billy is a licensed CPA and attorney in the State of California.
