Calum leads our Advisory practice in Hong Kong and has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 20 years. Since moving to Hong Kong in 1999, Calum has focused on providing transaction services to both strategic and financial acquirers.
His experience includes advising on a number of leveraged and management buy outs and private equity transactions in the technology and FMCG/manufacturing sectors and he has also provided vendor assistance to a number of corporate clients seeking to divest non-core activities. Many of the transactions Calum has managed have been regional in nature requiring the coordinated use of our Transaction Services network across Asia. |
