We understand that you need to feel a part of a work community, where people are interested in you as a person and as a professional, and likewise for our clients. At PwC, we are passionate about connecting with people and building long-term relationships. We invest in client relationships
We are passionate about connecting with people and building long term relationships. What would it take for our clients to recommend PwC to their peers and colleagues? While technical excellence and industry credentials are important, how we relate to others as people is what counts the most. It is the way we behave that builds long-term relationships. We have built long-term relationships with clients from different industries and sectors across China, Hong Kong and Singapore. They represent the top companies in China and Hong Kong as well as leading multinationals across every industry sector. Across our global network, we service 85% of the companies in the Fortune Global 500.
We invest in people relationships
We understand that it is important for our people to keep their lives interesting while working hard. We strive towards building a culture that makes our people happy and excited about the work they do. That is why at PwC, we have created a work atmosphere to make you feel valued. Health talks, family days, make-up workshop and corporate discounts are only a few examples on how we help you get the most out of work and life.

We invest in community relationships
We know that by harnessing the power of our people, we can make a real and lasting difference to our communities. One recent experience we had was in May 2009, when 11 PwC volunteers were determined to make a difference to the lives of 300 students at Hui Mei Primary school in the rural Shaanxi province of northern China. They devoted a week to teaching and sharing knowledge with students on topics such as the environment, geography, English proficiency, computer literacy and sporting games. "I was thankful that little steps could bring a difference to these students. I was able to improve their computer literacy and spark their interest in computers. I was touched by their innocence and sincerity and felt great when I saw my efforts really pay off." Jane Du Global Technology Solutions Deputy Manager, Beijing
(Graduated from Beihang University) "That week, we entered the classroom, but we also entered the kids' lives. We were not teaching and learning, instead we were sharing our knowledge, our stories, and our joy with each other." Bo Cai Advisory Senior Associate, Guangzhou (Graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies)

"I had a great time. I loved playing with the kids. They had infectious energy. They sang, smiled and were excited about learning English. I also loved meeting colleagues from different offices to work on such a meaningful project. It was rewarding that we were able to enjoy ourselves while having the opportunity to give back to the community."
