Graham is a Partner in the Shanghai office. He graduated from Leeds University in the UK with a degree in Chinese and Management Studies in 1990, which included a year spent studying at Fudan University, Shanghai. Graham worked for PwC in the UK until 1995 when he transferred to the Shanghai office, performing audit and due diligence work for multinational clients. Graham joined Unilever China in 1997 where he spent three years working in China Business Development, including a major restructuring of the China operations and several acquisitions and disposals. In 2000 Graham returned to practice to work in Transaction Services in London, and led two multibillion dollar global projects. Graham returned to the PwC Shanghai office in 2001, and has since worked exclusively on transactions, including buy-side due diligence, the acquisition of one of China's largest private companies by a foreign multinational, several private equity acquisitions, and vendor assistance work for domestic clients. He also leads the Commercial Due Diligence team in China. Graham is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
