Guy Ellis is a tax partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong Kong. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 1994, he spent 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London where he also specialised in taxation work. Guy has a wide range of experience on both a local and international basis gained from working with many significant multinational companies in a range of industries, including the real estate, utility, hospitality, pharmaceutical, and transportation and logistics industries. As well as working on international assignments, he also provides advice on Hong Kong and UK tax issues. He is also the leader of the Mergers and Acquisition tax team in Hong Kong.
