China - Social insurance contribution and housing fund contribution 

Chinese nationals, including individuals from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao who are directly hired by a local China entity and their employers are required to make contributions to the statutory social insurance and housing schemes.  The types and amounts of these employer and employee contributions vary among locations.
 
Our services include:

  • Calculating the employer and the individual employee statutory social insurance and housing fund contributions, taking into account of the applicable basis and contribution ratios.
     
  • Advising employer on the different basis and ratios of statutory social insurance and housing fund contributions among different localities.
