PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory includes seven main practices: Transaction Services, Performance Improvement, Valuations, Strategy, Business Recovery Services, Forensic Services, and Corporate Finance.
Reporting structure and key relationships: Managers and Senior Managers report to the Directors and/or the Partners of the firm.
Responsibilities: We are currently seeking Senior Managers or experienced managers to work within the Performance Improvement team focusing on providing costing solutions to clients. The candidate will be involved in consulting projects to devise effective cost management processes and systems.
Requirements:
- At least eight years' accounting/finance experience with at least five years' cost consulting or cost accounting and controlling for manufacturing operations;
- Consulting experience with a major international consulting firm preferred;
- Familiar with major ERP concepts and applications with operational or implementation experience;
- Experience with standard costing or activity based costing methods and tools preferred;
- Familiar with business processes for manufacturing operations;
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;
- A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and ability to develop deliverables that address complex situations;
- Group facilitation and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;
- University degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance;
- Good interpersonal and organisation skills;
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Self-motivated; and
- Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills.
