Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial support services to the Partner, Senior Managers or Managers, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handle the reimbursement issues, travel arrangements, etc.;

Deals with emergency issues independently;
-
Under the direction of the leaders, cooperate with each department's operation;
-
Make important conference / meeting arrangements for VIP guests as well as the executives from Headquarter;
-
Supervise the driver support services, including responsible for vehicle issues etc.; and
-
Other related tasks.
Requirements:
-
At least 3 years' experience in secretary or assistant in multi-national companies;
-
Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
-
Good communication skills;
-
Good common sense;
-
Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
-
At least college graduate;
-
Self-motivated, well-organized, good communication and problem solving skills; and
-
Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
