Position: Secretary
  
Service: Internal Firm Services

Location: Beijing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support services to the Partner, Senior Managers or Managers, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handle the reimbursement issues, travel arrangements, etc.;
     
  • Deals with emergency issues independently;
     
  • Under the direction of the leaders, cooperate with each department's operation;
     
  • Make important conference / meeting arrangements for VIP guests as well as the executives from Headquarter;
     
  • Supervise the driver support services, including responsible for vehicle issues etc.; and
     
  • Other related tasks.

Requirements: 

  • At least 3 years' experience in secretary or assistant in multi-national companies;
     
  • Good English language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
     
  • Good communication skills;
     
  • Good common sense;
     
  • Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
     
  • At least college graduate;
     
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, good communication and problem solving skills; and
     
  • Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
