Roles & Responsibilities:
Our Transactions Strategy Group assists corporate or private equity clients in development and implementation of market entry, M&A, investment or partnership strategies. Due to the rapid growth of this part of our business, we are now recruiting a Senior Manager in our Beijing office.
This Senior Manager will assist mainly multinational clients in their China business development work, including market entry studies, joint venture/alliance partner assessment, location studies for greenfield entries, and strategic commercial intelligence including competitor studies, pricing studies, distribution channel studies, consumer studies. They will also assist domestic companies in their overseas investments by providing similar services and coordinate with offices of the global firm.
The Senior Manager will manage multiple engagement projects, assist in preparing proposals and developing business, further develop the current team to upgrade its skill-set and improve cooperation with PwC internal departments.
Requirements:

Bachelor degree from top university, and MBA from good international business school preferred;

Skilled in strategy consulting, business analysis, financial analysis, market research, project management;

Excellent English and Mandarin - sufficient to make presentations and deliver complex reports;

7-10 years working experience with at least a few years experience in China. At least 2-3 years post-MBA strategy consulting experience with a reputable consulting firm, preferrably with project management experience. Prefer candidates with exposure to diversified industries; and

Analytical, independent, responsible, good team leader and good in project management.
