About Global Technology Solutions:
Global Technology Solution ("GTS") is the firm's internal IT department, providing effective technology services and solutions to deliver and meet the firm's business needs, within China and Hong Kong.
Job description and responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members and end-users for business solutions;
- Participate in the development, testing and deployment of software applications;
- Write system and program documentation; and
- Provide on-going support and maintenance of existing applications.
Reporting structure & key relationships:
Reporting line: reports to a GTS manager
Requirements:
- BA or BSc in Computer Science or related field;
- One to three years' ASP.NET development experience on commercial products;
- Good understanding of software methodologies, processes and tools;
- Previous experience in Visual Studio 2005, Web Parts, AJAX, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, Report Service, etc; and
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint server and/or RIA development such as Adobe Flex would definitely be an advantage.
