Roles and responsibilities:
Our Business Recovery Services Group offers a fully integrated service ranging from advising buyers and sellers in relation to acquisitions and disposals of Chinese non-performing loans (NPLs), structuring NPL transactions, servicing debts, to assisting banks, bondholders and shareholders to restructure debt and maximise shareholders' return.
The successful applicant will assist the manager in providing due diligence and other NPL related services to our clients as well as advisory services in relation to debt restructurings and PRC bankruptcies.
Requirements:
We are looking for graduates from Economics, Accounting or Finance majors who can demonstrate:
- CICPA qualified or in process of completing CICPA exams;
- Solid base in PRC accounting;
- Good business sense and commercially aware;
- Good communication skills in English and Putonghua;
- Good interpersonal and organisation skills;
- Problem solving potential and decision making skills; and
- Bright, team players, who work effectively under pressure.
