Roles and responsibilities:
Our Transactions Group offers a fully integrated pre- and post-acquisition service including financial, IT systems and tax due diligence and structuring advice. We assist vendors, strategic buyers and financial investors in structuring tax-efficient deals, and uncovering potential financial and strategic risks or opportunities. We are recruiting associates for the Financial Due Diligence team who will assist in providing acquisition and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers. The associates will work in Assurance Department for 2 years before joining the Transactions Group.
