About Transaction Services: Our Transaction Services Group offers a fully integrated pre- and post-acquisition service including financial, IT systems and tax due diligence and structuring advice. We assist vendors and strategic buyers and financial investors in structuring tax-efficient deals, and uncovering potential financial and strategic risks or opportunities.
Job description and responsibilities: Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are now recruiting new senior associates for our Financial Due Diligence team. They will provide acquisition and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers.
Reporting structure and key relationships:
Senior Associate reports to Manager/Senior Manager of the firm.
Requirements:
- Three to five years' of audit experience should be a must and any due diligence or consulting experience is a plus;
- A university degree is mandatory and professional qualifications in accounting/finance (including CPA/ACCA) would be highly desirable;
- Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background with top performance preferred;
- Must have good business sense and be able to analyze complex business transaction situations to identify key elements and issues that are important to reach sound conclusions;
- Excellent financial and business analytical skills;
- Able to think strategically;
- Familiar with risk management issues;
- Hands-on approach to in unravelling commercial complexities;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports; and
- Bright team player, who works effectively under pressure.
