Katy Spooner is a Partner in our Transaction Services ("TS") group in Hong Kong and has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers for the past 15 years, having worked in our London, Paris and Hong Kong offices. She has extensive experience in advising companies undertaking acquisitions or joint ventures, plus disposals and restructuring. This has included advising US, UK and other European public companies on global acquisitions and, more recently, trade and financial buyers looking to invest in Asia. Such work has ranged from shipping companies to internet service providers.
Since joining the Hong Kong office in 1998, Katy has been responsible for leading and co-ordinating various due diligence and post acquisition assignments throughout South East Asia. Her regional experience has included projects in Taiwan, Korea and the PRC, some of which have been conducted jointly with the local offices. |
