KC is a partner with our Tax Services Division in Hong Kong since July 2002. He has been working with the Inland Revenue Department and another public accounting firm for over 23 years before joining us. He has extensive knowledge with respect to Hong Kong, China and US taxation systems. He is involved in international tax planning and tax structuring work. He has been actively involved in tax and business consultation to many multinational companies investing in Hong Kong and the PRC including formulating expansion strategy, setting up and structuring their operations. He has also helped Hong Kong and PRC companies to list their shares on the Hong Kong and US stock exchanges. He has also had experience in advising multinational clients regarding their retirement plans, including complying with the ORSO requirements and planning for the MPF. He has got proven experience and credential in tax investigation work as well as assisting clients in estate duty clearance and obtaining of probate in Hong Kong and overseas.
