Linjun Shen is currently a partner with the tax division of PricewaterhouseCoopers Shanghai. During the course of her professional career, Linjun has been actively involved in providing tax and business consultations to clients in their various investment stages in China. She has developed extensive knowledge in serving clients in various industries, including hi-tech industries, manufacturing, trading and distribution, shipping, logistic, etc. Linjun has extensive experience in the following areas:
- Assist multinational companies in structuring plan and establishing business presence in China, including holding company, commercial enterprise, shipping company, R&D centre, etc.
- Help clients to apply for preferential treatments with the Chinese government from both tax and other regulatory perspectives, including assist the clients in formulating negotiation strategies and fronting such negotiation in tax audit/inspection cases.
Linjun joined the Firm after receiving her Bachelor degree and she is currently has more than 13 years of experiences in providing Chinese tax and business advisory services. She is a fellow member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
