Medinah is in our Consumer & Industrial Products tax group with specific focus on the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. She is active in advising clients in structuring their cross-border manufacturing and trading operations to optimise their offshore profits. She is also very involved in assisting clients in the structuring of regional logistic and distribution hub and in supply chain transformation to minimise their global direct and indirect taxes.
She also has extensive experience in advising companies on structuring in a tax efficient manner the issuance of commercial paper and instruments, the holding and financing structure for securities and landed properties, the listing of debentures and the listing of shares in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In addition to her taxation advisory experience gained from the professional field, Medinah also gained practical experience in tax dispute settlement from working as an Assessor with the Inland Revenue Department.
