Peter is a Partner in the Tax Services group in Hong Kong focusing on clients in the Consumers and Industrial Products ("CIP") industries. He is also a member of the firm's Tax Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team.
Since joining the firm in 1995, Peter has been responsible for various major corporate restructuring and international tax planning assignments for clients in the CIP industries. As a member of the firm's Tax M&A team, Peter has extensive experience in advising clients on tax-efficient holding structures and financing arrangements. He also has substantial experience in advising multinational and local clients on Hong Kong taxation and investment issues; and family owned businesses on succession planning and wealth protection.
Peter is a member of both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Society of Management Accountants of Canada. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
