Rod is the National Tax Leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers China and Hong Kong. Rod specialised in Australian corporate and international tax in our Sydney office for 8 years, before arriving in Hong Kong in 1985. He is also the firm's Regional Tax Leader, and has been consistently voted one of Hong Kong's leading tax advisors in the annual International Tax Review survey of the leading tax advisors in Asia Pacific.
Rod specialises in advising his clients on domestic and international (and in particular regional) tax matters. Rod also has good experience in M&A tax services (tax due diligence and tax structuring) and structured finance and leasing.
