Ruth is a partner in the Transactions group in Beijing. Ruth is primarily responsible for inward investment projects for multi-national clients from the US and Europe.
Ruth focuses exclusively on deal-related work, primarily on financial due diligence, both buy-side and sell-side. She has led many large multi-team cross border projects and has worked in numerous provinces across China, where she has been based for around five years.
Ruth has advised clients operating in a variety of sectors including the chemical telecommunications, automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Prior to moving to China, Ruth was based in London where she was part of the Transactions group for three years. Prior to that she provided audit services to banking and financial services clients in London.
Ruth is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. |
