Theresa started her professional career in 1988. She is a partner in International Assignment practice in Hong Kong with many years of experience in expatriate taxation. She specialises in Hong Kong and US tax matters for expatriates working in Hong Kong and Mainland China. In addition to overseeing the delivery of regular individual tax compliance services to multinational clients, Theresa is also involved in individual tax, compensation structuring, stock plan and regional tax planning.
Theresa has extensive experience in consulting MPF related issues. She also advises on the design, implementation and the tax implications of various stock schemes for listed companies in Hong Kong and overseas.
Theresa is a fellow member of the CPA (Australia) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is the Vice President of CPA (Australia) Hong Kong / China Division in 2009. |
