Tim Lui Tim-Leung is a tax partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong. He was President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1997 and chaired its Taxation Committee for over 10 years. Tim was also a member of the Advisory Committee on New Broad Based Taxes and the Joint Liaison Committee on Taxation. He is a member of the Inland Revenue Department's Users Committee.
Tim Lui is active in public service. Currently, he is a member of the Commission on Strategic Development, Treasurer of HKUST and Chairman of the Employees' Compensation Insurance Levies Management Board. Tim also serves as a member of the Standing Committee on Directorate Salaries and Conditions of Service as well as the Independent Commission on Remuneration for Members of the Executive Council and the Legislature of the HKSAR.
