For overseas Bachelor and Master graduates from the United States or Canada who are interested in relocating back to Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau.

CSI is our graduate programme designed for overseas students in the United States and Canada who aspire to join us for full-time Associate positions in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau. Without the need to travel back to China or Hong Kong, we will meet applicants on campus, virtually, or at PwC offices across North America during the recruitment process.

Both Bachelor and Master students who graduate from universities in the United States or Canada between January 2019 and August 2020 are welcome to apply. Eligibility to work in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau without a working visa is necessary.

Application journey

August - October 2019

This is your chance to tell us first hand why you’d like to be a game changer. The application form will include sections on your personal details, academic and professional background, as well as a section with open-ended questions related to your career motivations and goals.

Apply here before 13 October 2019 if you are based in the US and 31 October 2019 if you are based in Canada. Online application channel will be closed after that.

August - October 2019

As part of the application, you are required to complete a two-step online assessment within 48 hours upon receiving the invitation. The assessment includes a game-based assessment and video interview, both of which, are short, fun and easy to follow. They can be accessed on your mobile device at anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Here are some tips for preparing for the video interview:

  1. Read the invitation email carefully, follow the instructions and complete the assessment within 48 hours.
  2. Ensure there are no distractions or interruptions during the assessment.
  3. Ensure your internet connection is stable and operating at normal speed.
  4. If you are using a laptop to access the assessment, please use Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari to login. 
  5. Relax and be yourself!

October - December 2019

There will be two rounds of virtual interviews. Selected candidates will get the opportunity to meet our experienced staff and partners who are based in China or Hong Kong. You will get to understand more on what it’s like working in our offices in China and Hong Kong.

December 2019 - January 2020

Congratulations! If you have reached this stage, it means you have been officially invited to join the firm and begin your PwC journey. Offer letters will be sent out to successful candidates between December 2019 and January 2020.

September - October 2020

The beginning of your journey with PwC China or PwC Hong Kong as an Associate.
