As part of the application, you are required to complete a two-step online assessment within 48 hours upon receiving the invitation. The assessment includes a game-based assessment and video interview, both of which are short and easy to follow. They can be accessed via direct website log in or after downloading the relevant APPs. Upon completion, you will receive your personal assessment feedback report. We hope this report will help you to understand better about your strengths and development areas and utilise those information for your future career plans.

Q1: Does PwC provide training for interns?

PwC offers a variety of internal training and development courses to help you to equip yourself with professional skills. On-the-job training, supervision and mentoring from colleagues are also integral to enhancing your skills in the Internship programme.

Q2: Is there any chance of being hired after the internship?

Students with excellent internship performance will have the opportunity to be put through the Fast Track program; going directly to the partner interview stage, and be considered for a full-time offer.

Q3: What should I prepare for the interview?

Most interviews will be based on your resume to find out more about you, such as your school projects, activities, internship experience, etc., This will be used to evaluate your ability against our PwC Professional dimension, we suggest you prepare and review your experience before the interview.

Q4: What are PwC's criteria when choosing interns?

PwC’s performance dimensions are based on PwC Professional, which includes comprehensive leadership, business acumen, relationship expansion, global inclusive thinking, and professional digital skills, etc. Under each module, there are two levels of dimensions and requirements needed to refine these capabilities. PwC's selection criteria are also based on the comprehensive qualities of the applicants.

With promotion in work, different modules in the framework require more complicated requirements for individual capabilities. For example, as a manager, you will need skills more than what matches your job level, such as abilities as junior and senior staff.
