Sprinter

A masters acceleration programme for final year students who will attend postgraduate programme and first year postgraduate students in Mainland China.


Accelerate your career during post-graduate study

Sprinter is a two to three year accelerated programme designed for individuals who wish to pursue a masters degree in Mainland China while gaining professional experience during their study. You will join our Assurance, Risk Assurance or Tax services and share the same working experience, training and development as our Associates. High achievers who meet the performance criteria will stand a chance to be admitted as Associate Year 2 upon completion of the programme.

Final year Bachelor students who have been accepted to a Master’s programme starting September 2022, and first year Master students starting their studies in September 2021 are welcome.

Application journey

August - October 2021

This is your chance to tell us first-hand why you’d like to be a game changer. The application form will ask about your personal details, academic and professional background. We are now accepting applications for our December 2020 intake. Apply now.

August - October 2021

As part of the application, you are required to complete a two-step online assessment within 48 hours upon receiving the invitation. The assessment includes a game-based assessment and video interview, both of which are short and easy to follow. They can be accessed via direct website log in or after downloading the relevant APPs. Upon completion, you will receive your personal assessment feedback report. We hope this report will help you to better understand about your strengths and development areas and utilise those information for your future career plans.

On-campus activities

PwC will host a series of activities on campus, bringing you unique experiences in a brand new and interactive way with PwCers.

Off-campus activities

In addition to on-campus activities, PwC will host a series of online activities, including our signature event PwC Day. Students will get the opportunity to better understand PwC and interact with our representatives from various teams.

October - November 2021

Shortlisted applicants will receive our interview invitation between October and November. During the interview, you will be required to work with other applicants in a group discussion and presentation exercise. You will also have the chance to meet with our partners and managers to get a full picture of the life and work at PwC.

October - December 2021

Congratulations! If you have reached this stage, it means you have been officially invited to join the firm and begin your PwC journey.

Q1:What should I prepare for the interview?

Most interviews will be based on your resume to find out more about you, such as your school projects, activities, internship experience, etc., This will be used to evaluate your ability against our PwC Professional dimension, we suggest you prepare and review your experience before the interview.

Students with excellent internship performance will have the opportunity to be put through the Fast Track program; going directly to the partner interview stage, and be considered for a full-time offer.
