James Dilley is a Partner in PwC's Deals group in Hong Kong, where he specialises in advising strategic investors, financial institutions and private equity clients looking to invest or exit businesses across the Asia Pacific region. Since moving to Asia in 2014, he was worked on 50+ deals - of which around 2/3 involve a Chinese target.
James originally joined PwC UK in London and has over 10 years experience in advising on M&A transactions and strategic projects, involving public and private targets including providing due diligence (buy and sell side), valuation, negotiation support and other strategic advice (e.g. capital raising and post-deal).
He specialises in the financial services sectors including banking, asset and wealth management (including private equity / private debt), consumer finance, non-performing loans and securities.
James is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the ICAEW.
