Rebecca Silli

Rebecca is a Deals Partner in the Business Recovery Services team and is based in our Hong Kong office. Prior to joining PwC China and Hong Kong Deals team, she practised for over 25 years as solicitor in Europe, Beijing and Hong Kong at various international law firms, specialising in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, advising clients in China, Hong Kong, Macau and South East Asia across a broad range of industries.

Her major recent experiences in the PRC and Hong Kong include:

• Acting for MNCs on various Hong Kong corporate matters: M&A (share deals, asset deals), debt-equity swaps, amalgamations etc.
• Acting for MNCs in relation to their investments in China: establishment of joint ventures, acquisitions of PRC companies, disposal of assets, consolidation of entities, renegotiation of joint-venture agreements, implementation of technology license arrangements etc.
• Acting for MNCs in cross-border M&A transactions in Asia Pacific.
• Acting for international sponsors and multilateral agencies in China, Hong Kong, India and South East Asia in relation to the structuring and implementation of municipal infrastructure projects under various PPP models across a variety of sectors (water supply facilities, sewage treatment, waste treatment, public transport, nuclear projects, the Beijing National Stadium, energy services etc.) and various outsourcing industrial projects.
