Sean Tuckfield is a partner in Technology, Info-Comms and Entertainment (TICE) practice in PwC Hong Kong.
After six years working in the UK firm's technology practice, he transferred to Hong Kong in 1994. He has in-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong mobile and fixed line telecoms sectors. He has extensive experience in advising listed multinational companies on accounting, internal control and corporate governance matters and of telecoms related mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and capital markets transactions in Hong Kong, the USA and Europe.
