Steven has over 15 years of professional consulting and industrial experience in China, US and Canada, specializing in auto sales network management: performance reporting and monitoring, diagnosis and improvement, transaction control optimization, sales channel strategy.

Since joining PwC in 2001, Steven has led network operation analysis and performance improvement project for a number of China’s best-selling auto brands, which cover network of 2,000 4S-stores and service centers across China.
