I have worked with numerous industries such as banking, insurance, retail and pharmaceutical, and specialise in customer lifecycle analytics, supply chain analytics, big data analytic and visualization, social media analytics, text analytics, search optimisation, e-commerceStrategy and enterprise architecture
My previous achievements include customer analytics for insurance, sales forecast from global CP companies and e-commerce strategy across a number of consumer-focused businesses.
I have over 20 years of experience across industries such as management and technology consulting. Previously, I led the technologies group for several multi-national firms in Greater China. I served customers across US, Canada, Japan and Greater China regions. Prior to PwC, I spent time in the software industry and global 500 companies that helped form the foundation of data intelligence.
