PwC remains optimistic that Hong Kong's IPO market will continue to be very active and is on track to having a record-smashing year in 2018 with the most IPO listings. The city may once again become the world’s largest IPO market this year, with expected total fundraisings between HK$200-250 billion. New regulations including weighted voting rights structure and bio-tech company listing rules, will attract more companies to seek IPOs in the Hong Kong market.
In this video, PwC Hong Kong's Benson Wong, Entrepreneur Group Leader, and Eddie Wong, Capital Market Services Partner, share the 2018 interim review and outlook of Hong Kong's IPO market.
