PwC Foundation (Hong Kong)
Established in 2006, the PwC Foundation (Hong Kong) serves as a platform for the firm and its employees to contribute to charitable causes. The majority of the firm’s donations are directed toward our strategic NGO partners and staff-led volunteering and fundraising initiatives. Each year, our partners and employees generously donate and actively participate in fundraising activities to further support their preferred NGOs. Since its inception, the Foundation has donated over HK$124 million.
Our actions
Building resilient communities in Hong Kong
Through collaborations with our charitable partners, we make donations and provide volunteer support to the most pressing needs in the Hong Kong community. Our efforts focus on empowering underprivileged young people with new skills to excel in their careers and lives, and on delivering support to vulnerable groups through a combination of donations from our Foundation and people.Together, these efforts strengthen social cohesion and empower individuals, laying a solid foundation for building more resilient and inclusive communities in Hong Kong.
Social Impact Fund
To encourage greater community engagement among our employees, the ‘Social Impact Fund’ aims to provide financial support for staff-initiated volunteer activities. Successfully implemented events will be automatically considered for the ‘Social Impact Awards’. Each year, we receive funding applications for a wide range of activities—from charity walks and blood donation drives to meal deliveries for those in need—benefiting hundreds of thousands of people.
Disaster relief
Whether in Hong Kong or across the globe, we actively respond to major disaster relief efforts. At the end of 2025, our thoughts are with the families, friends, and communities impacted by the devastating fire in Tai Po, Hong Kong. The Foundation has made a donation of HK$1,000,000 to address the urgent needs of those affected and support their recovery from this tragic event.
