Annette Lee

Annette is a director in Restructuring and Insolvency with 20 years of professional advisory experience.  She specialises in solvent liquidations, corporate simplifications, estate administration, and corporate insolvency work.

Annette is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty.

Annette acts as appointment taker of solvent liquidations, with experience in dissolving companies incorporated in Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman Island, and the Bahamas.  She is the team leader in solvent liquidations and corporate simplifications, and she also leads a sizable estate administration assignment in Hong Kong.
