Ginger Jiang is a Partner in Shanghai Office, specializing in valuation services.
Since joining this practice in 1999, she has been extensively involved in the valuation and valuation advisory projects.
The services she has been providing include the valuation for deal pricing purpose, valuation for financial reporting purpose, valuation for tax planning purpose as well as valuation advisory services.
The clients she has served cover a wide range of industries, including automotive and auto-parts, information technology, retail, petrochemical, internet, financial services and medical devices. She has been extensively involved in projects with different transaction purposes including joint venture establishment, acquisition, introduction of strategic investors, equity restructuring, etc. She has also provided valuation review services for several real estate funds and infrastructure funds.
She also worked as the financial controller for mainland China and Hong Kong for a Fortune 500 company for three years.
Ginger graduated from Fudan University with major in international finance. She is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, a Chartered Public Accountant in China (CICPA), and also a China Certified Public Valuer (CPV).
