Tiffany Wu is a Partner of PwC Hong Kong, specialising in transfer pricing. With around 20 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience, she has been actively assisting clients on a wide range of transfer pricing matters, including planning, risks assessment, rationalising transfer pricing policies, documentation compliance, audit defense support, and negotiations of Advance Pricing Arrangement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP).
Tiffany has served a broad spectrum of multinational corporations in various industries, including technology, media & telecommunications, chemical products, electronics products, consumer goods, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, logistics & transportation, energy & utilities, hospitality, and education.
Tiffany has successfully assisted in concluding the first Cost Sharing Arrangement APA in Chinese Mainland for a Fortune 500 company and the first transfer pricing MAP between Hong Kong SAR and Chinese Mainland. She has also led negotiations for the Bilateral Advanced Pricing Arrangement (BAPA) and handled various transfer pricing audit defense cases involving intangible licensing, service provision and manufacturing. Additionally, she supports clients in Initial Public Offering (IPO) readiness.
Tiffany is a frequent speaker at tax seminars for clients, professional organisations and industry chambers, and also contributes to professional publications.
Tiffany is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Master degree in Economics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor degree in Finance from Sun Yat Sen University.
