Vincent Yao

Vincent Yao is the Corporate Reporting Services Leader of PwC Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong SAR. He is also an Assurance Partner of PwC China. Vincent possesses over 27 years of experience in provision of assurance and other advisory services. 

Vincent has extensive experiences in assisting companies in initial public offerings and other capital market transactions in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong SAR and the United States. His clientele covers multiple industry sectors including financial services, TMT, manufacturing, logistic and transportation.

Vincent is a Certified Public Accountant in both Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong SAR. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
