Vivian Ma

Vivian has been with PwC China since 1997, including two years (2004 & 2005) with the PwC US firm. Vivian has been involved in the enterprise reform of many of China's large financial institutions, including major banks and insurance companies. She also provides professional services for the financial sector with her extensive international and professional experience, garnered from 18 years in the industry. 

Vivian's experience in financial services covers the audit of financial statements, IPOs, internal control and risk management. She also specializes in the internal audit practise of local and foreign banks. 

In recent years, Vivian has collaborated frequently with regulators and market players in internet financing sector and provides professional advises to this new financial industry. 

Vivian is a member of the CICPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ministry of Finance National Accounting Leading talent (reserve).
