Wenny Cao

Wenny is a partner of PwC’s Workforce Tax services based in Beijing. She has extensive professional experience in US, PRC and other international tax compliance and consulting services.

Wenny provides the consulting and compliance services on complex US, China and other cross-boarder tax issues, especially US and China taxes to the high-net-worth individuals and their families. She has helped the founders, shareholders and executives and their families for the tax planning and trust setup at the pre and after IPO stages. She often lectures at the seminars held by the private banks, financial institutions, family offices and assets management companies.

Wenny also provides consulting and compliance services to many multinational and domestic companies and has been focusing on employee tax-effective compensation and benefits package design, employee’s equity plan and cross-border tax issues. She often provides training to the HR, Tax and Finance teams of the clients.

Wenny holds an EMBA from University of Texas at Arlington and B.A. from University of International Relations. Wenny is a US Enrolled Agent authorised by IRS.
