Winnie Tang

Winnie is a Tax Partner at PwC China. She brings with her 14 years of tax and business advisory experience in China.

Winnie has served clients in various industries, including TMT, financial services, consumer and industrial products, etc.  She has significant experience in advising clients including foreign investments, multinationals, state-owned and private companies, on tax compliance, planning, restructuring, M&A deals and other China tax and business-related.

Winnie is particularly knowledgeable in indirect tax, and has advised clients involved in various industries. Over the past few years, she has managed a number of Business Tax-to-VAT transformation projects.

Winnie is a member of the Certified Tax Agents Association of China.
