This publication presents the sample annual financial report of a fictional listed company, VALUE HKFRS Limited. It illustrates the financial reporting requirements that would apply to such a company under HKFRS Accounting Standards as issued at 31 August 2025. Supporting commentary is also provided. For the purposes of this publication, VALUE HKFRS Limited is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and is the parent entity in a consolidated entity.
