Chengfei Yuan

Chengfei Yuan joined PwC Société d’Avocats (law firm of PwC France) in April 2006, is a partner now. He specialises in both China/French corporate tax and international tax. 

Chengfei is currently working for PwC Shanghai tax service (French tax desk) from 8 October 2013. His experience covers tax due diligence, corporate tax consulting (such as restructuring, cross-border acquisitions, both from an inbound and outbound perspective), as well as tax and operational compliance review and advice. 

Chengfei has assisted a number of US, European and French MNCs and mid-cap companies investing/operating in China/Asia and also assisted Chinese companies contemplating investments /operating in Europe and overseas.

Chengfei obtained a Master degree of Corporate tax law from Paris Dauphine University (2006) as well as a Master degree of International commercial law from Paris X Nanterre University (2006). He is a native Chinese speaker and fluent in French and English.
