Tom Liu is the PwC China Central Assurance Markets Leader. He provides audit services to large enterprises and listed companies, IPO audit and restructure consulting services. Previously, Tom worked in the PwC Hong Kong's Capital Market Services team, assisted more than ten mainland China based companies to list in Hong Kong, among other capital markets related projects.

Tom has in-depth expertise in IPO and auditing of listed companies. His experience in Hong Kong has given him great exposure for projects related to the Hong Kong capital market. He has comprehensive knowledge in listing processes, and the regulations and requirements in both mainland China and the Hong Kong stock exchanges. He also has extensive experience in industries including marine logistics, healthcare, automotive and advanced manufacturing.

Tom graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA).
