I have experienced positive changes since joining the LEAP programme at PwC.

I am encouraged to work with others as a team and try my very best with great passion. I feel energised and pumped even when there are times that we have different perspectives and opinions. Striving for excellence and fruitful results is our common goal. We feel relieved and satisfied upon the completion of each project. We enjoy the pleasant cooperation that enhanced our cooperative ability. We manage to think outside the box in brainstorming sessions and spark new ideas by exchanging brilliant views. Those lessons aren’t taught in school.
