“At PwC, I didn't just find a career; I discovered a vibrant community that embraces me for who I am.”

Jane YuanMarkets Department

Since joining 12 years ago as a fresh graduate through our campus recruitment program, I’ve grown both professionally and personally in an environment built on care and mutual support.

As a member of the Markets Department, I’m at the forefront of driving technological innovation, empowering private enterprises and family businesses to seize new market opportunities. Every day brings fresh challenges that expand my perspective and fuel my desire to keep learning. Encouraged and supported by my career coach, I stepped up as the project manager for a groundbreaking unicorn enterprise research initiative. Working closely with the team, we delivered a comprehensive report that provides actionable insights for future growth. This memorable experience not only brought me professional fulfillment but also strengthened my sense of purpose in contributing to business success.

We all have moments when we feel like islands. What truly matters is that when we reach out, someone is ready to row toward us. At PwC, our inclusive culture isn’t just about creating accessible spaces—it’s about fostering a two-way journey of belonging where everyone feels seen, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Inclusion at PwC isn’t a checklist. It’s a reflex. Here, physical accessibility means wheelchair-friendly offices that let me move freely, while our cultural environment ensures I’m never overly accommodated but trusted and valued for who I am. Leaders don’t just see my disability; they recognise my strengths and aspirations, offering equal opportunities to grow. Our flexible work policy goes beyond convenience—it’s a commitment to honoring the full spectrum of my life, ensuring work adapts to me, not the other way around.

Disability inclusion is more than an act of kindness; it’s a celebration of life’s infinite potential. Since PwC launched its Inclusive Career Discovery Programme, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering twice: first as a mentor of “Diverse Mentoring Program”, to support the career development of youth with disabilities; and later as a coach in the “Inclusive Future Lab”, supporting talents with disabilities to navigate their disability inclusion entrepreneurial journey. Through these experiences, I’ve been able to pay forward the support I’ve received and witness firsthand the incredible growth that happens when everyone has a seat at the table.

Join us at PwC, where your unique abilities are not just accommodated but celebrated, and together, we’ll shape a future where everyone thrives.
