Bill Yuan

 

Background

Bill started his tax professional career in 2000. In June 2008, Bill completed his 18 months rotation at PwC US in International Tax Services, primarily in the area of international tax planning.

Relevant experience

• During his years with PwC, Bill has developed extensive knowledge with respect to the PRC and international tax systems. Bill has been actively involved in tax and business consultation to many multinational companies investing in the PRC. Bill's clients are mainly related to Consumer and Industrial Products.
• Bill has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, M&A and market entry advice for foreign investors, including forming joint ventures. Bill has assisted various industrial clients in tax health checks and buy-side tax due diligence. In recent years, Bill has also been actively engaged in providing transfer pricing advice to his clients and assisting MNC clients in identifying their TP issues, conducting TP analysis and preparing TP audit defence.

Qualifications

• Bill obtained his Bachelor degree at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economy.
• Bill is a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountant and Association of Certified Tax Agent of the PRC.
