Carol Huang

Carol is a partner of PwC Beijing.  She has over 15 years experience in finance and accounting fields and mainly focusing on telecom, information technology, manufacturing and automobile industries.
  
In PwC, Carol leads the team to provide process reengineering, financial function transformation, share service center setup, risk management and control optimization, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance review, finance organization optimization and other finance related consulting service to various clients, including state-owned enterprises, multi-national companies and private start-ups.  Carol has accumulated solid experience to help clients at various company-life-stages with their finance function improvement and operational performance management.
  
Carol graduated from Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland with MBA degree.  She is an active member of both Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and master PRC GAAP and US GAAP.
