Dixon Guo is a tax partner from PwC China with over 12 years working experience in international tax service and M&A practice.

Dixon has accumulated extensive experience by advising multinational and China domestic companies on China inbound/outbound investments, M&A deals, global restructuring in terms of operational function alignment, setup of sales principal, funding optimization and corporate structure for IPO listings, etc.
