General Counsel, PwC China
Jaclyn Jhin is the General Counsel and a member of the Management Board of PwC China. She leads the Office of General Counsel.
Prior to joining PwC, Jaclyn has been various C-suite positions for over 10 years in both Hong Kong SAR and the US. She was Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Executive Committee based in San Francisco for Forge Global, a NYSE-listed fintech company, overseeing both legal and compliance on a global basis.
Jaclyn also has extensive professional experience in Hong Kong. She was the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer to CITIC CLSA for 6 years, where she handled the overall leadership, performance, and management of the Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretariat functions. In addition, she was also the Co-Head of Legal at the parent company, Citic Securities, and was given oversight for the Risk Department, Internal Audit Department and Administration at CITIC CLSA globally.
Prior to this role, she worked at Morgan Stanley Asia for 8 years, where she served as Managing Director, COO, and Chief Risk Officer of Global Capital Markets for the Asia-Pacific region.
Jaclyn graduated from the Stanford Executive Program and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from its Law School.
